NOCTRA / TERMS OF USE
Terms of Use.
These terms cover the Noctra website and the feedback service we operate. The User Agreement covers the app. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Scope
The Noctra website is maintained by its developer, ZIJIU522. It provides product information, screenshots, support documents, and copyright and license notices. “We” refers to that developer.
These terms concern website access and the feedback service. Software obtained through the App Store remains subject to its applicable store license. These terms do not replace the Privacy Policy, and viewing a page does not authorize the upload of personal information.
Product information and versions
Screenshots, animations, and descriptions show how Noctra works. Interfaces and features may differ by app version, operating system, device, and connected service. Check the release notes and settings for the version you use.
A feature described as in development or not yet released is not a delivered feature. Media images and posters on this website do not mean that buying the app gives you access to those titles. Noctra does not sell films or include a library of media sources with the app.
Using the website and its endpoints
You may read the website, share its links, and use the support channels described here. Do not impersonate someone else, access another person’s feedback, bypass access restrictions, or send requests or files that disrupt the website or feedback service.
If you find an access-control or other security issue, record only what is needed to reproduce it and contact support. Do not continue collecting unrelated records or publish private information found in them.
Sending feedback
Describe where the problem occurs, the steps that lead to it, and the original error. Attach only what is needed to investigate. If a file includes another person’s personal information or work, make sure you are entitled to submit it. Keep server passwords, API keys, and complete authenticated links out of reports.
You keep your rights in the material you submit. Sending feedback allows us to receive, store, review, and reply to that material as needed to handle the report. It does not grant permission to use private attachments in public promotion.
Keep your reference number for follow-up. Suggestions help us assess improvements, but submitting an idea does not promise adoption, a delivery date, or compensation.
Submitting and deleting information
You choose whether to include screenshots, recordings, logs, and contact details before sending a report. Opening the feedback screen or seeing a feedback prompt does not itself send those materials.
The Privacy Policy explains feedback retention, deletion requests, and website access records. To request deletion of submitted feedback, use in-app feedback and include the reference number. Do not publish an installation credential or server key to establish your identity.
External links and public discussions
The website links to GitHub, content services, and open-source projects. When you open a link, you enter that service, whose rules apply to your visit and submissions. A link or credit does not imply that the service endorses Noctra.
GitHub Issues are public. Use them for reviewed technical descriptions, not private attachments, credentials, or identity information needed for a feedback-deletion request. Use the external platform’s own controls to manage its content and accounts.
Website content and licenses
Noctra’s original writing, branding, and interface materials are distinct from the film artwork, fonts, and third-party software credited here. Each belongs to its respective rights holder. Sharing a page link does not transfer those rights; copying or redistributing material requires the relevant permission.
The Credits & Licenses page lists attributions, sources, and original licenses. For an open-source component, the rights granted by its own license take precedence; these terms do not narrow those rights.
Maintenance and access restrictions
The website and feedback service may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, or security incidents. Keep your reference number and any description you have prepared, then check or submit again after service resumes. Avoid sending the same attachments repeatedly.
We may limit requests or address content involved in spam, impersonation, unauthorized access, or disruption. Restrictions should address the behavior causing the problem. If you believe a restriction was applied in error, contact support with the details so it can be reviewed.
Responsibility and disputes
We remain responsible for the website and feedback service we operate to the extent required by applicable law. External services are operated by their own providers. Linking to them does not give us control over their content, availability, or decisions.
These terms do not exclude liability that the law requires us to accept, limit your statutory consumer rights, or require you to give up a legal right to complain or seek a court remedy. You may contact support first with the facts and the outcome you seek. That does not prevent you from using other remedies available by law.
Changes and contact
When these rules change, we will update this page and its date. A change that materially affects existing users’ rights or obligations will be explained in a website notice or an in-app message before it applies. Where separate consent is required by law, we will seek it separately.
For questions about these terms, copyright, or the service, open Noctra → Settings → Feedback and identify the page, issue, and outcome you seek. App launch failures can also be reported through public GitHub Issues; remove private information before posting.
